we work as a non-profit organisation, so our services are FREE of charge
as a natural and cultural heritage society we have chosen to be of some help to possible new incomers with following activities:
* promotion of the village, its natural and cultural heritage, traditional festivities, etc.
* organising new events necessary to promote an ecological and culturally aware way of life
* promoting of available housing jewels an all possible platforms (youtube, pinterest, instagram, facebook)
* helping all interested parties with a purchase, renovation or any other documentation needed (based on our professional expertise or experiences as long living expats in italy)
OTHER SERVICES
we will also try to support you with your search for any other services needed to be able to visit or move to our lovely village and recommend you following contacts:
* possible b&b options in case you would like to visit first and take a look of the village and / or your chosen house
* on-line viewings of chosen house
* all services requiered for a purchase of a house in italy (your personal documentation, documentation of each house and procedure in front of notary)
* support of your residency regulation (if wished or needed) and all other info regarding
* support in case of any renovation work (documentation needed, advice regarding cultural heritage preservation as also using of natural materials, ect)
* support in case of planing any commercial activity (b&b, shop, restaurant, ect.)
